Rob has over 30 years international business and leadership experience, having had numerous leadership roles in Europe, Asia, Middle East, USA and Australia. Prior to joining FocalPoint, Rob was CEO of an ASX listed energy company.
Rob made the transition to business and executive coaching by joining FocalPoint because he saw the opportunity to combine the outstanding coaching and training collateral of FocalPoint with his leadership experience to do more of what he loved doing – developing leaders and helping others grow and achieve their potential.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University, has completed an Advanced Leadership Program at Arizona’s Thunderbird University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
