I believe that all of us have greater potential to achieve that what we acknowledge to ourselves, with the key being to build the right mindset, know what drives ourself and those around us, and have access to the best business tools.

I’ve had over 30 years of international business experience working with some of the world’s largest companies in a variety of commercial and management roles in Australia, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the USA. With the majority of my career having been spent with ExxonMobil, I’ve managed commercial and operations teams negotiating complex multi-billion dollar international transactions in challenging geo-political environments and undertaken a number of niche business development activities in the Asian region including Japan, Vietnam and Indonesia. In 2012, I returned home to Melbourne, Australia in a commercial and business development role with an Australian public company with interests in Australia and Cuba where I completed a number of significant transactions before eventually being promoted to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer. It is this past experience that I look forward to sharing with my clients as a high-performance business coach. I hold a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University, have completed an Advanced Leadership Program at Arizona’s Thunderbird University and am a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
